At Amiba Monsters, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. All orders are shipped using Chit Chats, a trusted logistics partner that gives us access to fast and affordable shipping across Canada, the U.S., and internationally.

 

 

Processing Times

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • During high-volume periods (like holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

 

 

Shipping Rates & Times

 

We offer $14.95 flat fee shipping within North America. For international, the shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Canada: 2–8 business days

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • International: Varies by destination

 

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or postal delays beyond our control.

 

 

Customs & Duties

 

Orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and taxes (charged by your local government). These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to love your Amiba Monsters product! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

 

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

 

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and at client's own expenses.

  • A $20 handling fee will be deducted from your refund or applied to your exchange order to cover logistics and restocking.

 

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

 

  1. Email us at support@amibamonsters.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions
